Christine Nollen, MPA, MPH, ACC(C), is Executive Director of Leadership Development for VMLY&R, a $2B global advertising agency, where she coaches the executive leadership team and runs a program for emerging leaders. She is passionate about solving tough problems to facilitate people’s ability to thrive.
Christine brings to her leadership development work over 20 years of experience as a non-profit and healthcare executive. Her work in public health was driven by a commitment to all people having the right to well-being, becoming whole through access to care and dignified treatment. She has dedicated her career to supporting resource constrained organizations achieve their purpose through defining and implementing strategy with myriad inputs and observations resulting in smart investments into programs and operations.
Christine is skilled in leading and partnering with diverse individuals and teams – from patients and clients to government, philanthropy, and corporate stakeholders. She has designed client-centered public health programs and trained across four continents; led operations across nine clinical disciplines, with over 500,000 patient visits generating $55M; conducted strategic planning from large health systems to boutique businesses; and managed over $200M of government and philanthropic funds for community organizations to deliver on their missions. Christine believes organizational excellence is driven by engaged and diverse employees in intentionally inclusive cultures.
Christine is certified by Accomplishment Coaching, credentialed by the International Coach Federation. She earned her M.P.A. and M.P.H. from Columbia University, and a B.A. from Georgetown University. She is a proud Brooklyn resident.
