Jenna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and brings a wealth of experience to BAC, particularly in behavioral health and supportive housing programs.

Jenna was most recently the Vice President of Behavioral Health Housing at Services for the Underserved (SUS), overseeing 60+ supportive housing programs serving multiple populations across New York City. Prior to her role at SUS, Jenna was the Senior Vice President of Outpatient Services at The Bridge, Inc., where she was responsible for the agency's Clinical Hub, providing recovery-focused, person-centered, trauma-informed, harm-reduction services for individuals with mental health and substance use diagnoses through Article 31 and Article 32 Clinics and a Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) program. Jenna was the Senior Vice President of Behavioral Health Services at Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey, Inc., where she was responsible for two PROS Programs, two accredited Clubhouses, a Peer Advocacy Leadership Program, Home and Community Based Services, and a Primary Care Clinic.

Jenna started her career as an A.C.T. Team Substance Use Specialist at Pathways to Housing, an agency that led the way in providing Housing First and Harm Reduction services to individuals with histories of chronic homelessness and co-occurring substance use and mental health diagnoses. After her five-year career at Pathways to Housing, Jenna entered hospital administration as the Program Manager for the Acute Division at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital, overseeing the adult inpatient units and Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Programs, including mobile crisis and the Psychiatric Emergency Room. As a Harm Reductionist, Jenna has also worked as a consultant for several syringe exchange programs in NYC, focusing on clinical supervision, program development, and the transition to Medicaid Managed Care. Jenna also worked with homeless and at-risk LGBTQIA youth for 10 years at a Saturday evening program that provided crisis counseling, meals, and other basic needs through a person-centered, trauma-informed, harm-reduction approach.

Jenna is a proud aunt to three amazing boys, and when not reading or playing in the park with a nephew, you will find her watching all kinds of reality TV.
