Taylor Karp is a Senior Finance Leader and Corporate Treasurer at Clover Health, a publicly traded physician enablement technology company committed to bringing access to great healthcare to everyone on Medicare. In this role, Taylor manages all facets of strategic finance, investor relations, and treasury functions.
Before joining Clover Health, Taylor was an investment banker at CapM Advisors, where he advised numerous clients through mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare sector. Prior to that, Taylor was part of PwC’s Deals Advisory practice, where he specialized in providing financial due diligence support for some of the largest global private equity firms.
Taylor is both a CFA® Charterholder and a licensed CPA in the state of New York. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University at Albany and an M.S. in Accounting from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
Outside of his professional life, Taylor is passionate about emerging technologies and how they shape the future of the US healthcare system. He is family oriented, and in his spare time enjoys cycling and eating his way around New York City.
