Why Support Bridging Access to Care?
BAC provides health, behavioral health, and social services to thousands of residents each year in some of Brooklyn’s most ethnically, racially, and culturally diverse neighborhoods. Founded in 1986 as the first community-based HIV/AIDS organization in Brooklyn, BAC transformed into a full-service community health provider in 2012 to include a mental health clinic, a substance use clinic, a Health Home Care coordination unit, and supportive housing services. Our goal is to provide comprehensive and coordinated care and services to help individuals, families, and communities to lead a resilient, healthy, and productive lives.
Bridging Access to Care is a 501(c) (3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization.
There are four ways you can help:
2. BAC Merchandise
Bridging Access to Care provides hundreds of units of housing every year to those in need. You can help support that effort with a hoodie or t-shirt purchase.
