Linkage/Navigation
Individuals living with an HIV+ or AIDS diagnosis have access to multiple resources and support groups to improve their wellness, including treatment plans, interventions and workshops.
Program information
Since the foundation of BAC, we have prioritized fulfilling all of the essential needs of individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Our organization offers treatment and support through our Linkage and Navigation programs, which can provide clients with Case Management services, medication management and other resources needed to cope with their diagnosis.

Eligibility information
Any clients who test positive for HIV will be immediately referred to our Linkage/Navigation program. Individuals who already have a positive diagnosis can also walk through our doors and access our Linkage/Navigation resources to start a treatment plan.
