Program information
As of July 2022, BAC has been designated by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) to provide Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) services. Individuals with a Medicaid HARP plan, or are eligible for one, can access resources, tools and essential services that are needed to unlock their best potential.
