Our Case Managers work closely with clients to help secure stable housing, manage their medication and access other BAC services that may provide additional support.

Eligibility information
BAC has six supportive housing programs for eligible clients, which contain a range of unique requirements for each. We provide different housing opportunities for individuals living with HIV, young adult families who are chronically homeless, individuals with a history of substance use and mental illness, as well as individuals who have high utilization of emergency services.
Individuals living with HIV
Individuals who are at least 90 days sober
18-26 with children or pregnant
Living in shelters or chronic homelessness
